Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the HuzurHane application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

HuzurHane grants you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the application on Apple-branded products (iOS/iPadOS) for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service (Apple Standard EULA).

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the application for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose,
• Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the source code of the app,
• Engaging in any action that compromises our systems or the security of other users.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

• Our app may offer in-app purchases (In-App Purchases) that provide additional features (e.g., ad-free experience, custom themes).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You must manage your subscriptions and cancellations directly through your device's "Apple ID / Subscriptions" settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The HuzurHane application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for the highest accuracy in prayer times and Qibla direction calculations, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The provided data is for guidance purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

The original content, design, features, and functionality of the app are owned by the HuzurHane developer and are protected by copyright.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, at our sole discretion.
